Start a Giving Circle

The Seacoast Women's Giving Circle was founded in April 2006 by a group of local women eager to use their skills and resources to address critical issues facing the Seacoast community.

Act.

Several times a year, the Giving Circle's Act committee organizes volunteer service projects for the members. Through these community service opportunities, members support current and previous year's issues as well as other causes.

In selecting projects each year, we keep in mind that our members prioritize team-oriented, direct-service, and hands-on volunteering. Members engage in projects that enable them to experience community needs in a personal way, enhancing the education we receive from the Learn and Give process.

Seacoast Women's Giving Circle Act

"The Seacoast Women's Giving Circle has been instrumental in building our organization's presence in the community.
From the money they raised, to the time they invested in learning about the real issues facing our young people today, the Giving Circle has made a significant difference in our day-to-day operations. The Giving Circle is an inspiration to the entire Seacoast, and I can honestly say it is through their financial contributions that organizations like ours will be able to provide programs that invest in the future of our community. In fact, their unwavering commitment and dedication to philanthropy itself will ultimately model for our children the true meaning of giving."
